Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our services

Timelines depend on the discipline and urgency of the matter. Following an initial consultation, most engagements can begin within a few working days. Urgent matters — such as time-sensitive scene attendance — are prioritised and can often be arranged sooner.
Yes. Every case file is handled under strict confidentiality and chain-of-custody protocols. Information is shared only with parties formally entitled to receive it, and findings are reported directly to the engaging client.
Yes. Our reports are prepared to meet the standards expected of expert opinion evidence, and our consultants are available to provide testimony in court, inquests and tribunals where required.
No. While we are based in Maseru, Lesotho, we provide services to clients across the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region and can travel for scene work, consultations and court appearances as required.
That's completely normal. Contact us with a brief, confidential description of your matter and we'll advise on which discipline (or combination of disciplines) applies, and what the next steps would look like.
